I received an Arizona ticket, but live in a different state. What should I do?

Depending on your violation, you may still be eligible to attend an online driving school or pay the fine.  If this is the case you can:

  • Take an online defensive driving course
  • Return to Arizona to attend a defensive driving course
  • If approved by an Arizona Certified School, you can attend a class in your home state
  • It is at least 7 days before your scheduled court date
