Parking and Security Information

  • Park at the surface lot at 1501 W. Washington or at Wesley Bolin Plaza
  • Parking is free
  • Visitors are required to pass through metal detectors
  • Items brought into the courthouse go through xray machines
  • Children are allowed in the courtroom, but if disruptive they will be asked to leave

Language/Disability Access

  • Interpreters are brought in as needed.  When filing, notify the clerk of any language needs
  • Sound amplifiers are provided to those who have hearing difficulties
  • Please provide, at least 48 hour notice if you require language and disability services
  • The entrance to the court is a series of stairs.  If unable to climb stairs, there is a ramp entrance to the east side of the staircase.  You have to call and ask permission from security to be allowed in at the lower entrance.
  • The court is located on the 4th floor; elevators are available.
