FAQ - Small Claims

Are there any liens on my property?

You may search the records in the office of the recorder; go to the website of the county where the property is located and search for that county recorder office (ex. Maricopa County Recorder). The website will have a link to search public records, sometimes called public research or search public records, follow this link and fill in the searchable form to retrieve your records. You may also have a title company or an attorney conduct a search for them.
