What can I do if I have problems with the driving school or instructor?
There is a Complaint form that can be filled out and mailed or faxed into the Arizona Supreme Court where it is reviewed by the Certification and Licensing Division. Once an investigation is complete, the Division makes a recommendation on whether or not to take any actions against the school.
