They threatened to hurt my pets if I leave. Can I add them to the Order of Protection?

plaintiff may ask for animals to be protected by an Order of Protection. The order can apply to any animal that is owned, possessed, leased, kept or held by the plaintiff, the defendant, or a minor child living in the home of the plaintiff or the defendant. The defendant may be ordered to stay away from the animal and cannot take it, give it to someone else, hide it, or commit an act of cruelty or neglect against it.
