What types of orders of protection are available in Arizona?

In Arizona there are 5 types of Protective Orders available in Arizona:

  1. Order of Protection
  2. Emergency Order of Protection
  3. Release Order (issued in rural counties when a judicial official is not available)
  4. Injunction Against Harassment
  5. Injunction Against Workplace Harassment

Filing an Order of Protection can take place at any time at any courthouse, police department, or sheriff/constable office.
