In Arizona there are 5 types of Protective Orders available in Arizona:
- Order of Protection
- Emergency Order of Protection
- Release Order (issued in rural counties when a judicial official is not available)
- Injunction Against Harassment
- Injunction Against Workplace Harassment
Filing an Order of Protection can take place at any time at any courthouse, police department, or sheriff/constable office.
