How do I get a copy of my grand jury transcript or presentence report?

For a copy of grand jury transcripts, a request must be made in writing to the judge who presided over the case, providing a specific reason to support the request. Presentence reports are not public record until after they are filed with the clerk of the court. Copies are available from the clerk.
