In the fall of 2024, the Arizona Department of Child Safety (DCS) mailed letters to parents who once had an open dependecy and/or severance case.

Can I serve a subpoena or do I have to hire someone to do it?

Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure Rule 45(d) allows service by anyone who is at least 18 years of age and not a party to the case.
