What does it cost to file a Petition for Special Action-Industrial Commission?

The filing fee of the petitioner is currently $140.00; payable to the Court of Appeals. These fees may change, contact the Court of Appeals prior to making a payment. After the Petition is filed, the clerk from the Court of Appeals will notify the petitioner that the filing fee is due.
