No. The two divisions have responsibility for different counties in the state.
Division One is responsible for cases arising in Apache, Coconino, La Paz, Maricopa, Mohave, Navajo, Yavapai, and Yuma counties.
Division Two is responsible for cases arising in Cochise, Gila, Graham, Greenlee, Pima, Pinal, and Santa Cruz counties.
