Who can a self represented litigant speak to at the Court of Appeals or the Supreme Court?

A self-represented individual can speak only to the Clerk or his/her Deputy Clerks. The Clerk and their Deputy Clerks cannot give legal advice. The self represented litigant cannot contact any staff member, judge, or other person at the Court of Appeals or the Arizona Supreme Court.
