Free public parking is available from 5:00am to 7:00pm in the 3 story garage off of 3rd Ave. and 2nd St. The garage is equipped with handicapped parking and an elevator. Free, 3 hour, parking spaces are also open along the street around the courthouse.

The public service counter is found on the 1st floor. There are multiple windows that are open from 8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri. Take a number and wait to be called. Forms are available $.50/page or $5-$15/packet.

Applications for passports are accepted here from 8:00-4:00 daily. Applicants must have correct payment, photos, and proper forms of identification prior to applying. Call if you need direction on how much your money order/cashiers check should be made out for.

In the Clerk's Office there is a public viewing room available for those who are looking for case records. In this room there are two computers provided for research; printing is $.50 a page. The system has digitized records starting from 2004. For cases prior to 2004, there is a $28 search fee.

The Hearing Room is where mediations and certain civil matters take place. The mediations heard at Yuma Superior Court are for parenting time and legal decision making; other matters go before a judge. Prior to mediation, a letter will be mailed out that contains your mediation day, time, and other important information you should be aware of. Children are NOT allowed in the mediation session.

Fee waiver and deferral forms are provided for free and can be filled out in the lobby. If you receive government assistance a statement, within the last 3 months, must be presented. Cash, money orders, and cashier's checks are accepted forms of payment.

Prior to appearing, everyone is asked to submit a juror questionnaire. These can be done via mail or online.

Jurors report to the Jury Department to the left of security, off of the main lobby. Follow the signs for "Jury Check-In." Jurors must bring photo identification and follow summons instructions.

After reporting, jurors remain in the jury assembly room until called. Cell phones are permitted in the assembly room. The courthouse has wifi and magazines available. Jurors are allowed to bring food and drinks; there is a refrigerator and microwave for those that wish to bring their lunch.

For filing or making non-cash payments afterhours, there is a drop box located to the north of the courthouse entrance. These are picked up every morning; the date stamped on the document is considered the file date.
