There are three service windows and a JAU payment kiosk to the left of security. The Court Clerk assists with taking payments, filing paperwork, and scheduling. They are open Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. You can pay using cash, credit cards, debit cards, cashiers check, money order, and online payments are accepted.

The courthouse has multiple tools in place to serve those with special needs. During a court hearing, if English is not your native language, the courthouse has interpreters either appear in person, over the phone, or be brought in via video. Individuals are provided headsets to hear the official interpretation. Sound amplifiers are in the courtroom to assist those with hearing difficulties.

The courtroom is located off of the lobby area. If you have a scheduled hearing, you will check in with the clerk and wait until you are called into the courtroom. Cell phones, video cameras, and recording equipment are not allowed into the courtroom. Children are allowed as long as they are behaved. Please ensure that you are dressed appropriately.
