The two story courthouse offers a staircase and elevators to access the upper floor. The staircase is to the southern end of the courthouse. If you are in need of further assistance please contact the Clerk of the Court with your specific requests.

The public service counter is found on the 1st floor. There are 3 windows that are open from 8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri. Forms are available $.50/page or $5-$15/packet.
Applications for passports are accepted here, with the proper forms of identification. Call if you need direction on how much your money order/cashiers check should be made out for.

In the Office of the Clerk, there are forms and computers available for the public. Passport forms are provided for free along with other select forms. Packets are available for purchase and range from $5 to $15. Copies are made for $.50/page. There are two computers available for public use. There is also a telephone that can be used for court-related matters.

For filing or making non-cash payments afterhours, there is a drop-box just outside the main entrance of the courthouse. These are picked up every morning; the date stamped on the document is considered the file date.

There are 5 rooms available as meeting rooms. These can be requested for attorney/client meetings or by a self-represented litigant for preparation purposes. On the 2nd floor, one room is designated for children who have parents awaiting a hearing. The children are not to be left unattended.

Juror Check-In and Assembly
For those whom received a jury duty notice in the mail, they are to check into the Yavapai Superior Court - Camp Verde on their assigned day. The Jury Department is found on the 1st floor, to the right of security. There is a microwave and refrigerator provided for those who wish to bring their lunch. Parent Education Classes are also held in this room.
