Public parking is available both on the street and in public lots blocks from the courthouse. Street parking is limited to 2 hours. The largest public lot is the Granite Street garage off of Gurley and Granite, to the west of the courthouse.

For filing after-hours, there is a drop-box located to the north of the main entrance staircase. These are picked up every morning; the date stamped on the document is considered the file date.

The records office is in the back of the Office of the Clerk. There are 2 computers available for research. Requests can be made to look at physical files and historic documents, but these may take 1-2 days to locate the records. It is $.50 per page to print. Digital recordings are $27.00 per CD.

For those whom received a jury duty notice in the mail, they are to check into the Yavapai Superior Court on their assigned day. The Jury Department is found on the 3rd floor. Individuals are then directed to wait in the jury assembly room.
