The Seligman Justice Court is located off of Route 66, at Picacho St. and Floyd St. It is open from 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday, but does close daily for lunch from 12:00pm-1:00pm.

There is free public parking outside the courthouse. Do not park in the designated spots for courthouse employees. Handicapped parking is clearly marked along the north end of the parking lot, in front of the courthouse.

Clerk Window
The Court Clerk assists with taking payments, filing paperwork, and scheduling. The court accepts credit cards, money orders, cashiers checks, and online payments. If you would like to quash a warrant, walk-ins are taken at 10:00am on Tuesdays. Call in advance if you are looking to schedule a wedding.

Courtroom
The courtroom is located off of the lobby area. If you have a scheduled hearing, you will check-in at the window and wait in the lobby. Cell phones, video cameras, and recording equipment are not allowed into the courtroom. Children are allowed in the courtroom as long as they behave.

If you have any digital exhibits, you must request access from the clerk in advance. All courtroom proceedings are recorded. These recordings can be requested in writing by mail or email. For those that do not speak English, Language Line is utilized by the court. Telephonic appearances are allowed for those that do not live in the area of Seligman.
