Prior to enterung the courtroom, all visitors are required to check in with the Office of the Clerk, which is located in suite 206A. The office faces the public parking lot.

If you are going to Court for a hearing, you first check in with the Clerk and then you will be directed to the courtroom. The courtroom entrance is located on the east side of the building, facing the Camp Verde Park.

The office of the Clerk is open Monday to Thursday 8:00am to 5:00pm and on Friday from 8:00am to 12:00pm. They accept cash, credit cards, money orders, and cashiers checks. There is a convenience fee charged for every debit or credit card transaction.
