The public service counter is found on the 1st floor. Check-in on the digital kiosk in the lobby; it will produce a number. Take a seat and wait until your number is called. The windows are open from 8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri.

For filing or making non-cash payments afterhours, there is a drop-box located to the east of the courthouse entrance. These are picked up every morning; the date stamped on the document is considered the file date. There is an ATM located in the lobby.

For those whom received a jury duty notice in the mail, they are to check into the Pinal Superior Court on their assigned day. The Jury Department is found on the 1st floor, to the right of security. Individuals are then directed to wait in the jury assembly room.

The Adult Probation department is located on the 2nd floor of the courthouse. Children are not allowed into the office on Tues. Probationers wait in the lobby of the probation office until they are called back for their private meeting. There is no right to privacy - drug testing and searches take place.
