Transportation Options
There is a Sun Tran bus stop outside of the courthouse, it is the Congress/Church stop. There are also bicycle racks around the courthouse for public use. Bicycles should be locked up at all times and the Court is not responsible for lost or stolen property.

There are two entrances to the Pima Superior Courthouse. One entrance faces east towards Church Avenue. The other entrance is the between the towers off of El Presidio Park; follow the walkway.

For those with civil of family law filings, the Civil Unit is on the 1st floor accross from the Child Support Unit. There are 6 windows available and one specifically designated for orders of protection. If you are requesting a name change or marriage license, utilize the kiosk provided to check-in. For other civil law matters, look for the string of lights leading to a tablet. Follow the instructions on the screen to check-in with the Clerk.

For filing afterhours, there is a drop box located outside of the courthouse, Church Street, entrance. These are picked up every morning; the date stamped on the document is considered the file date.

The Records Office is available for those who are looking for case records. Take a number and wait to be called. In this room there are computers and microfiche (for non-digitized files) provided for research; printing is $.50 a page. If records need to be certified, there is a research fee and postage and handling fee for international or out-of-state requests.

A full legal library is available for reference. In the library you will be able to utilized computers that have access to West Law free of charge. There is a fee for printing, $.15/page. The Law Library only accepts cash.

Jury Check-In
Prior to appearing, everyone is asked to submit a juror questionnaire. These can be done via mail or online.
Jurors report to the Jury Department to the left of security, off of the main lobby. Follow the signs for "Jury Check-In." Jurors must bring photo identification and follow summons instructions.
