The entrance to the courthouse faces the parking lot. Upon entering the front door, follow the signs to the right, that direct you to the Superior Court.

The courthouse is one level, with handicapped accessible parking and restrooms. Designated parking spots are located to the west of the entrance. Sound amplifiers are utilized for those with hearing impairments. If interpreter or translation services are necessary, requests need to be made at filing or at least 1 week prior to hearing date.

Forms are not available onsite, but can be found online. If applying for a passport be aware that you must have correct forms of ID, a passport photo, and a money order made in the correct amount prior to submission.

Payson East is located in the main courthouse. For those going to court for a criminal, dependency, or delinquency matter, they must check in with the bailiff prior to entering the courtroom. Please be aware that food and drink are not allowed in the courtroom. Cell phones should be turned off.
