Coconino Courthouse is a multi-level building. There are stairs and ramps leading to the lower level, where you will find the jury, mediation, and family law assistance rooms. The upper level is accessible either by elevators or stairs; the division courthouses, judges chambers, and Drug Court can be found on the upper level.

Cash, cashier's check, and money orders are accepted methods of payment; they have an ATM available as well. Next to the window you will find mailboxes where items can be time stamped and left for court officials. They also have large screens throughout the building to tell visitors what time and in what courtroom they are to appear in.

Mediations are conducted on the lower level of the courthouse. The participants will enter the Jury Services area, travel through the jury reading room on the right, and go through the Family Law Assistance room to the back. The room has a large table, desk, and chairs for the individuals involved.

Collection Enforcement Unit
For those who are enrolled into the court FARE program or have a criminal fine, payments are made at the Court Administration Collection Enforcement Unit; payments can be made with cash, credit card, money order, or cashier's check. The window is accessible by stairs and a ramp.
