Parking for the courthouse can be limited based upon the amount of visitors to Tombstone. Their is a free parking lot across from the courthouse. It is located off of Fremont and 4th street. There are other free and paid lots located throughout the town of Tombstone.

Entrance
The entrance to the Tombstone Magistrate Courthouse is located off of 4th St., north of Fremont Street. It is located on the western side of Schieffelin Hall. There is an access ramp and stairs leading to the main door.

Clerk Windows
The Clerk of Tombstone Magistrate Court is available Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. It is closed daily from 12:00pm to 1:00pm for lunch. They accept cash, cashiers check, personal check, credit cards, and money orders. Payments can be made over the phone.
If you have language access needs please notify the Clerk at filing so arrangements can be made.
