Property

Anything that may be the subject of ownership, whether real or personal, legal or equitable, or any interest in anything that may be the subject of ownership.

Psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner

A registered nurse practitioner as defined in Arizona Revised Statutes, Section 32-1601 who has completed an adult or family psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner program and who is certified as an adult or family psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner by the state board of nursing.

Psychiatrist

A licensed physician who has completed three years of graduate training in psychiatry in a program approved by the American medical association or the American osteopathic association.

A person who has been named as the father of a child born out of wedlock, but for whom paternity has not yet been established.

A beneficiary who, on the date the beneficiary's qualification is determined:

A person who fulfills the requirements of Arizona Revised Statutes, Section 14-2520.
