Trust

Handing over property or money to one person, to be held for the benefit of another person.

Trust

An express trust, private or charitable, with any additions, wherever and however created. Trust also includes a trust created or determined by judgment or decree under which the trust is to be administered in the manner of an express trust. Trust company

A financial institution, corporation or other legal entity that is authorized to exercise general trust powers.

An original, additional or successor trustee, whether or not appointed or confirmed by the court.
