Oral Argument

If you wrote, "Oral Argument Requested" in the caption on the front page of your Memorandum the Superior Court will set a time for both sides to appeal to discuss the facts and arguments presented in the briefs.

  • Arguments may be limited to 5-10 minutes based
  • Witnesses and new evidence cannot be presented
  • Be prepared and on time for your hearing

For civil traffic appeals, the Superior Court usually makes its decision by reviewing the records of the traffic court and reading the memoranda.
