Prior to filing for divorce or legal separation you will need the following:
- Time and patience
- The social security number, full name, address (if known), occupation, and time in Arizona of your spouse (respondent)
- The date, city, and state of your marriage
- Information about any shared property or debts
- Custody plans (if applicable)
Criteria:
- Residency in Arizona for at least 90 consecutive days
- Spouse is not on active duty
