In Arizona there are 5 types of Protective Orders available in Arizona:

Order of Protection
Emergency Order of Protection
Release Order (issued in rural counties when a judicial official is not available)
Injunction Against Harassment
Injunction Against Workplace Harassment

Filing an Order of Protection can take place at any time at any courthouse, police department, or sheriff/constable office.
