What happens at the court of appeals after the superior court record is transmitted?

The court will review the information provided in the appellate and appellee briefs. If either side requested oral argument the court will decide whether or not to grant oral arguments. Oral arguments are where the case is presented in front of the judges. The judges will then take all of this information and make a decision on the case.
