1. Hearings may be held in-person, remotely (via Zoom), or by mail depending on the courthoues. Contact the court or refer to the Fee Schedule for other methods of requesting a hearing.

2. If a hearing is requested the driver may give up any option of attending a defensive driving school diversion program.
