The right of a trial by jury is the privilege of every person in the United States. The right is guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution and Arizona Constitution.  Specifically, the Arizona Constitution provides, "the right of trial by jury shall remain inviolate."

All U.S. citizens are qualified for jury service if they are at least 18 years old, are residents of the jurisdiction in which they have been summoned to serve, have had their civil rights restored if previously convicted of a felony, and have not been determined by a court to be mentally incompetent or insane.

FAILURE TO APPEAR AS DIRECTED MAY SUBJECT YOU TO PENALTIES BY LAW.
