Summary Consent Decree

A Summary Consent Decree can only be filed if you and your spouse:

  • Do NOT have a covenant marriage
  • Both individuals want to be divorced
  • Have agreed on ALL terms of the divorce agreement
  • Have lived in or been stationed in Arizona for at least 90 days
  • Children have lived in Arizona for at least 6 months
